Refund Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Premium subscription. It restates, in one place, the billing terms set out in section 4 of our Terms of Service. If the two ever differ, the Terms govern.

New subscriptions are paused since 8 October 2026. This page continues to apply to existing subscriptions.

1. Who you are buying from

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every Premium purchase. Paddle is the seller on the transaction, issues your invoice, and processes every refund. We never receive or store your card details.

2. Your right to cancel

Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase and give you the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of your payment.

There are no exceptions and no conditions. You do not need to give a reason. We do not ask you to waive that right, and nothing on this page limits or qualifies it.

Your other statutory consumer rights are unaffected, including your rights where the service is faulty or not as described.

3. How to withdraw or request a refund

Withdraw from the contract here

Refunds are issued by Paddle, so requests go to Paddle directly. Open the Manage subscription link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. From there you can view your invoices, manage your subscription, and contact Paddle's buyer support.

  • Withdrawing within 14 days. In the European Union, Paddle's customer portal has an online withdrawal button for the 14 days after your payment. Choose the withdrawal option (for example Request withdrawal) and follow the steps on screen.
  • Requesting a refund. Anywhere, you can choose Request refund on paddle.net, or use the support link in your receipt.

Both routes are described in Paddle's Refund Policy. Whichever you use, section 2 applies: a request within 14 days of payment is refunded in full.

Refunding a payment ends Premium access for the period that payment covered. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and is outside our control.

4. Cancelling is not the same as a refund

You can cancel at any time from your profile page, or without signing in on the cancellation page. There is no cancellation fee and you do not need to give a reason. Cancelling stops future charges: Premium stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that date.

Deleting your account cancels an active subscription immediately and ends Premium access at that moment, including any paid time left in the current period. It does not affect a refund you are entitled to — you can still request one from Paddle using the email address you paid with.

5. If we discontinue the service

If we discontinue Premium, or the service as a whole, during a period you have already paid for, we will cancel your subscription and refund the unused part of that period through Paddle. You do not need to ask.

6. Contact
